Delete your account
You can delete your Daymend account and its data whenever you like. Here are two ways to do it.
From the app
Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day window: sign back in during that time to keep it, and after 30 days your account and its data are permanently removed.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@daymend.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
What gets removed
Deletion removes your account and the data tied to it, including your saved and read stories, your mood check-ins, and your preferences.
